This Direct Debit Service Agreement outlines your rights and obligations when entering into a direct debit arrangement with SBCT Pty Ltd (“Specialist Behaviour”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). 

This Agreement forms part of the Terms & Conditions of the services you subscribe to. A copy of this Agreement will be emailed to you following purchase and is also available via the learning platform once your subscription is active.

1. Definitions

  • Instalment(s) means the recurring subscription payment amount agreed to by the Customer at the time of purchase. 
  • Debit or Credit Card means the account held at your financial institution from which payments are authorised to be debited. 
  • Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday observed nationally in Australia. 
  • Debit Day means the day on which your subscription payment is due. 
  • Debit Payment means a transaction in which funds are debited from your nominated account. 
  • Direct Debit Authorisation means the authority you provide (online, written, or verbal) permitting Specialist Behaviour to debit your nominated account. 
  • Your Financial Institution means the bank or payment provider where your nominated account is held. 
  • Customer means the individual or entity that has purchased the All‑Access Pass subscription. 

2. Direct Debit Authorisation 

By purchasing Specialist Behaviour’s All‑Access Pass 12‑Month Subscription, the Customer authorises a recurring direct debit arrangement whereby: 

  • The first instalment is paid upfront at the time of purchase by credit or debit card; and 
  • Subsequent instalments are automatically debited from the Customer’s nominated debit or credit card. 

The minimum subscription term is twelve (12) months. Following completion of the minimum term, the subscription may continue on a month‑to‑month basis unless cancelled in writing in accordance with this Agreement. 

The Customer’s Debit Day will occur on the same calendar day as the initial purchase, or the next Business Day where applicable. 

A copy of this Direct Debit Service Agreement is included in the Customer welcome email and is available via the learning platform. 


3. Subscription Pricing 

  • Subscription pricing operates under a tiered structure determined by the length of continuous subscription. 
  • The applicable subscription rate is the rate confirmed to the Customer at the time of purchase and communicated via checkout, invoice, or subscription confirmation. 
  • Pricing may change for new purchases or renewed terms. Any changes that affect an existing subscription will be communicated with at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice. 

4. Debiting your Debit or Credit Card

  • By accepting the Payment Terms & Conditions at checkout, you authorise Specialist Behaviour to debit the instalments owing from your nominated debit or credit card for the duration of the subscription term. 
  • We may cancel the direct debit arrangement if one or more debit payments are declined or returned unpaid and may require an alternative payment method to continue service access. 
  • Where the Customer is a company using a corporate account, the individual authorising payment warrants that they are authorised to do so on behalf of the entity. 

5. Changes to Your Direct Debit 

We may vary the details of this Direct Debit Service Agreement from time to time. 
Where changes affect your subscription or payment arrangements, at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice will be provided. 


6. Payment Obligations 

  • The Customer agrees to pay all subscription amounts due from the date of initial purchase for the full minimum subscription term. 
  • Accounts that are more than fourteen (14) days overdue may be placed on hold, and access to services may be suspended until payment is received in full. 
  • If subscription payments remain unpaid and unresolved for more than 14 days within the minimum 12‑month term, the outstanding balance for the full minimum term may be referred to debt recovery. 

7. Late Payments and Debt Recovery 

If payment remains outstanding: 

  1. A first written reminder will be issued 
  1. A second written reminder will be issued 
  1. A final notice will be issued 
  1. The debt may be referred to a debt collection agency 

Once referred to debt recovery, all communication and management of the debt will be handled by the collection agency. The Customer is responsible for all reasonable costs incurred through the recovery process. 


8. Cancellations and Refunds 

  • A five (5) business day cooling‑off period applies from the date of purchase, provided no course or subscription content has been accessed. 
  • No cancellations or refunds are available once any content has been accessed. 
  • Requests for cancellation within the cooling‑off period must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 
  • No refunds are processed under any other circumstances. 

9. Disputes 

  • Any disputes relating to charges must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 
  • Specialist Behaviour will investigate and respond within seven (7) business days of receipt. 

10. Customer Obligations 

The Customer is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in their nominated account to allow debit payments to be processed. 

If insufficient funds are available: 

  • Fees or interest may be charged by the Customer’s financial institution; 
  • We may contact the Customer to arrange re‑payment; and 
  • The Customer may be required to arrange an alternative payment method. 

11. Specialist Behaviour’s Obligations 

Specialist Behaviour will: 

  • Provide written notice of any material subscription changes; and 
  • Maintain confidentiality of the Customer’s information. 

12. Liability 

Specialist Behaviour is not liable for loss or damage arising from incorrect or unauthorised transactions unless caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. 


13. Confidentiality and Payment Processing 

  • All online payments are processed securely via Stripe. 
  • Specialist Behaviour does not store or retain credit card or banking details.

14. Governing Law 

This Direct Debit Service Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
