Best Outcomes Package For Schools & Teaching Staff
Specialist Behaviour’s Best Outcomes Package is capacity-building support that integrates explicit teaching via online self-paced courses with practical hands-on reflective practice. It is designed in order to better equip schools and small teams who require assistance regarding behaviour support with the practical support to apply the principles and strategies learned.
There is an abundance of trainings available to teachers, caregivers, and support persons. But what we know from research is that training alone is not enough to create lasting outcomes. Real change comes about when the people doing the doing on the ground are supported to implement the teaching they have learned the application support from an experienced practitioner to guide theory into practice. By combining explicit teaching with practical guidance and support, your team will gain the tools and strategies to make real impact in the classroom, and beyond.
