Individual Supervision

Individual supervision is all about coming together, one-on-one, to grow and develop your clinical skills. It’s a chance to reflect openly about your professional practice with a highly skilled supervisor who has been in your shoes.

Our team of clinical supervisors have years of dedicated experience in the field and will provide an educational, supportive, and collaborative environment for you to learn and empower your practice. We offer focused guidance and case-specific mentorship to ensure you feel confident in your abilities and future work.

Functional Behaviour Assessment

Because behaviours are how we communicate our needs, the right support starts with a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs and the underlying reasons for their challenging behaviours.

A Functional Behaviour Assessment is the first step in providing meaningful support that meets people’s unmet needs and helps them foster growth in a trauma-informed way. We’ll work closely with individuals, their families, and carers to come up with a proactive behaviour support plan built around person-centred strategies.

Secondary Case Consultations

Our Secondary Case Consultations provide the added support, expertise, and perspective needed to ensure your assessment and behaviour support plan has a positive and long-lasting impact.

Through virtual consultation, our strategic advice will help you move forward with a plan that ensures the best possible care and builds a holistic system of support for the people in your care.
