Individual Supervision

Clinical supervision for empowering your practice

Individual Supervision is designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, ethical practice, and clinical decision-making of Positive Behaviour Support practitioners. Through structured one-to-one supervision, practitioners receive personalised guidance to enhance the quality of PBS assessments, behaviour support planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation while meeting professional, organisational, and regulatory standards.

Supervision provides a confidential and collaborative environment where practitioners can reflect on their practice, discuss complex cases, develop clinical reasoning, and receive constructive feedback from an experienced supervisor. Supervision supports continuous professional development, promotes evidence-based practice, and helps practitioners maintain high-quality, person-centred services.

Group Supervision and Reflective Practice

Stronger practice. Together.

When your team grows in the same room, outcomes improve across every person you support. Our facilitated group supervision model brings PBS practitioners together to reflect, problem-solve, and build confidence. Grounded in evidence, shaped by your context.
Supporting people with complex behaviour is skilled, emotionally demanding work. Without structured supervision, even experienced practitioners can drift — relying on habit over critical thinking, managing risk in isolation, or burning out quietly.

What We Offer

Facilitated PBS Group Supervision. Individual supervision is valuable. But something different happens in a group.

When practitioners hear each other’s dilemmas, they recognise their own. When one person finds a solution, everyone learns. When a team reflects together, practice culture shifts — not just individual skill.

Regular, structured group supervision is designed for teams of PBS practitioners, behaviour support specialists, or frontline staff, led by one of our experienced PBS clinicians and supervisors.

Each session creates space to:

  • Unpack complex cases using evidence-informed pbs frameworks
  • Reflect on restrictive practice use and reduction goals
  • Strengthen consistency across your team’s approach
  • Build psychological safety and professional confidence
  • Align practice with legislative requirements and expectations

Sessions are delivered online and tailored to your team’s individual needs.

This service is designed for:

  • Disability service providers building or scaling PBS capability
  • Education settings supporting students with behaviours of concern and complex needs
  • Clinical teams wanting structured peer reflection
  • Organisations needing to demonstrate reflective practice and reduced restrictive use

Whether your team is early in their PBS journey or well-established, group supervision adds rigour, cohesion, and care.
