About Carly Langham
I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with primary interests in supporting high risk youth residing in the out-of-home care system, individuals with disability involved in the criminal justice system, and individuals impacted by childhood trauma.
I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals and their support networks to foster long-term relationships based on trust and acceptance. I believe strong rapport is built through authenticity, honesty and compassion.
I take on a strong advocacy role for all the individuals I have the privilege of supporting. I am passionate about protecting the rights of individuals with disabilities and children in the out of home care system.
I am experienced in working with co-occurring disabilities, mental health conditions and physical health conditions. I always aim to provide trauma-informed and person-centred care to every client, by utilising a holistic approach to behaviour support implementing bio-psycho-social, applied behaviour analytic and positive behaviour support frameworks.
I have previously designed and facilitated a 12-week practitioner training program aimed to up-skill those entering or already working as a behaviour support practitioner through NDIS. I also have experience providing BCBA and PBS supervision.
